Our Youth programs are designed to prepare the next generation of our workforce.  Partnered with Goodwill, ACCORD, and Centro CHA, our staff is dedicated to providing youth with the opportunities to secure employment, prepare for the workforce, and explore future career options.

Youth Council

Pacific Gateway's Youth Council is charged with oversight of WIA Youth funds, ensuring that resources in training and programs are helping youth truly connect to employment, job readiness activities, and career exploration.  The Youth Council meets each quarter to monitor programmatic progress, deliberate about investments in Academy programs, and provide direction for the launch and growth of special programs that align with Pacific Gateway's Youth Development strategies. 

Youth Council membership is comprised of community leaders, educators, employers, youth, and other stakeholders.
