Molina Wu Network (MWN) is partnering with Pacific Gateway  to help facilitate the staffing of Community Hospital.  This process begins with the gathering of information from previous Community Hospital staff, and will include the on-boarding of new and existing workers through Summer 2019.

This process will include:

Phase 1: Capturing information from past Community Hospital staff to help MWN develop its new workforce development strategy.  Individuals can begin entering their information on  Wednesday, April 10, 2019 on   Most will receive an email with a link to enter this information by this date.

Phase 2: MWN will build its Administration, Management and Facilities teams as the Hospital prepares for an expected opening in July/August 2019. 

Phase 3: Initially, many positions will be filled Per-Diem or Part-Time as the Hospital ramps up activity.

Phase 4: MWN will complete its workforce development plan, which will include the re-hiring of many former Hospital staff and the addition of new staff where needed, within a month of opening.  Pacific Gateway will help facilitate communication with job seekers, informing them of opportunities, interviewing and other information. Pacific Gateway will also host public recruitment events to help fill specific positions.
